All non-PERL conference participants (except key-note speakers) must pay the conference fee, their hotel and their own transport to and from the conference. PERL has secured special rates at the conference motel but non -PERL participants most make their own reservation.

These dates are used to make BINDING reservations for PERL partners' hotel accommodation. If you are staying elsewhere before or after the conference at your own expense DO NOT include those dates here.

PERL Work Groups and Steering Group PLEASE try to book your flights BEFORE completing registration.

If you live in Berlin PERL cannot pay for your hotel accommodation.

If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the conference or do not show up, you may have to pay for the accommodation.
